Full-service catering offers elevated staffing and presentation compared to drop-off catering
- Higher service ratio: 1 staff per 30 guests for a hotel-quality dining experience.
- Pre-event setup: Our team will set tables with the small wares you’ve ordered.
- Table service: Staff will clear plates and refill water glasses.
- Event coordination: A dedicated management team member will oversee service and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Elegant presentation: Our kitchen team uses premium serving platters, stands, and specialty serving ware to create a visually stunning buffet.
- Flexible setup: We can arrange to set up cutlery and glassware the day before or the morning of your event.
- Food and beverages are subject to a 21% gratuity.
- Delivery fees apply and are based on the amount of equipment and staff required to cater your event.

Once you pick your menu, pick your service style
Express Catering
The buffet is delivered in foil pans, plastic bags, and disposable trays, with no equipment left for us to pick up. The buffet is dropped off at the door; the customer is responsible for the setup. The customer will supply all plates, cutlery, napkins.
Green Catering $0.85/person
Drop-off catering includes eco-friendly disposable dinner plates and cutlery (fork, knife wrapped in a napkin)
Chic with Servers $5.00/person: 1:40 ratio (server/guest)
Drop Off Catering with white china plates and silverware. Servers will clear plates and refill the buffet. Cutlery is rolled in paper napkins and is set on the buffet table.
