For more than 30 years, Eagle’s Nest Catering has helped Edmonton-area families, businesses, and organizations celebrate life’s important moments.
What began as a locally owned catering company in 1995 has grown into a trusted Edmonton catering partner for corporate lunches, weddings, memorials, community gatherings, and special events. Through the years, our commitment has remained the same: freshly prepared food, dependable service, flexible catering options, and personal attention for every client.

Once you pick your menu, pick your service style
Delivered to the door in disposable pans or trays. The client completes setup, service and cleanup. Food and beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.
ENC delivers and sets up the buffet providing chafing dishes, serving utensils and buffet linens, and we will return for equipment pickup. Disposable high quality dinner plates/cutlery are $1.00 per person; disposable dessert plate and fork are $0.55 per person; chafing dishes are $30 each. Food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity.
Includes a china dinner plate and a cutlery roll up (dinner fork & knife wrapped in a paper napkin) placed on the buffet table. Our staff will clear plates and refill the buffet. The service fee is $5.00 per person; chafing dishes are $30 each; food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity.
A customized package with staffing, rentals, setup, service, cleanup and event coordination based on the event scope. Food and beverages are subject to a 21% gratuity. Delivery and staffing are quoted.
