Every event is unique, which is why Eagle’s Nest Catering offers a range of catering styles to suit your needs, budget, and level of service. From convenient drop-off catering to fully staffed events, our flexible options make it easy to choose the right experience for your gathering. Explore the catering styles below to find the service that works best for you.

Express Catering

Express Catering is the “Uber Eats” of catering. Your order is delivered to the door, and you are responsible for all setup, service, and cleanup.

– Food is delivered in foil pans, plastic bags, and/or disposable trays.
– No equipment is left behind for us to pick up.
– The customer supplies all plates, cutlery, napkins, serving pieces, buffet tables, and table coverings.
– Hot food will be delivered approximately 15–30 minutes before your requested eating time. This option is best when your group is ready to eat shortly after the food arrives.
– Food and beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.

Additional disposable items may be added: Please let us know when placing your order if you require disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, or serving utensils.

– Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins: $1.00 per person
– Disposable dessert plate and fork: $0.50
– Disposable buffet serving utensils for a single-sided buffet: $25.00 (yours to keep)
– Disposable buffet serving utensils for a double-sided buffet: $50.00 (yours to keep)

Sign the catering quote and return it to info@eaglesnestcatering.ca. A 25% deposit based on the pre-tax total or estimate is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before delivery. Orders placed within 48 hours of delivery must be paid in full when booked.

Green Catering

With Green Catering our staff will deliver your order, set up the buffet, and place hot food into chafing dishes to help keep it hot during service. We will return at a predetermined time to pick up the chafing dishes, serving utensils, and buffet table linens.

Green Catering Prices:

– $30.00 per chafing dish: includes 2 fuel cans, serving utensils for hot and cold food, a black linen tablecloth for the buffet table
– $1.00 per person: Eco-friendly disposable dinner plates, and disposable cutlery, including a fork and knife wrapped in a napkin
– $0.55 per person: Eco-friendly dessert plates and a disposable dessert fork, extra napkins
– Food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity

Eco-Chic with Servers — $5.00 per person

Eco-Chic with Servers includes a more polished buffet experience while keeping the service simple and efficient. Eco-Chic is ideal for events where guests will enjoy china dinner plates and server support, but where the event does not require full table setting, glassware, coffee mugs, water service, or pre-event setup.

– Includes china dinner plates and silverware (fork, knife)
– Cutlery is rolled in paper napkins and placed on the buffet table.
– Servers will clear plates and refill the buffet as needed.
– Black linen tablecloths are provided for the buffet tables.
– Includes eco-friendly disposable dessert plates and forks if dessert is ordered from ENC.
– China dessert plates and dessert forks may be added for $1.00 per person.
– Chafing dish rental is $30.00 each and includes 2 fuel cans, buffet serving utensils, and black tablecloth for the buffet table.
– Food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.

Delivery Fees

Express $20.00 within 20 km of the kitchen

Deliveries over 20 km are charged an additional $1.00 per km.
Green $40.00 within 20 km of the kitchen

Deliveries over 20 km are charged an additional $1.00 per km. Includes the pick- up of chafing dishes.
Eco-Chic / Full-Service Call for a Quote

Quote will be based on distance, staff, equipment, vehicles, setup, teardown, pickup and venue access.

Venue Access

Please notify us at the time of booking of any stairs, elevator restrictions, limited parking, long walking distances or difficult venue access. If we are not notified in advance, our team may be unable to complete the setup within the scheduled timeline, which could delay service. Advance notice allows us to plan the proper staffing, equipment and delivery timing to ensure your event runs smoothly.
