Catering Styles and Fees

Welcome to our eco-friendly dining experience, where we prioritize the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, to create sustainable and environmentally conscious events. Our mission is to offer a delightful dining experience while minimizing our ecological footprint. 

We understand that each event is unique, and sometimes the use of disposable items may be necessary. When disposables are required, we opt for eco-friendly, biodegradable, or compostable options to minimize their impact on the environment. 

Our eco-friendly dining service is thoughtfully designed to cater to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Together, let’s create lasting memories while embracing a sustainable approach that cares for our planet. Express Catering

  • The buffet is delivered in foil pans, plastic bags, and disposable trays, with no equipment left for us to pick up. The buffet is dropped off at the door; the customer is responsible for the setup.
  • The customer will supply all plates, cutlery, napkins.
  • Hot food will be delivered 15 – 30 minutes before eating time. This is perfect for when your group is ready to eat when the food arrives. 
  • Food and beverage are subject to 15% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.
  • Disposable serving utensils can be added for a fee.
Lunch Catering

Green Catering - $0.85/person

A budget-friendly, eco-conscious option.

  • Drop off catering with eco-friendly disposable dinner plates and cutlery (durable fork and knife wrapped in a napkin).
  • Our staff will set up the buffet.
  • Disposable dessert plates are included if the dessert is ordered from Eagles Nest Catering (ENC).
  • Food and beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.
  • Minimum order: 15 guests.
  • Add chafing dishes to keep hot food hot – $30.00 each (1 chafing dish per hot food item recommended).

Eco-Chic with Servers – $5.00 per person (1 server per 40 guests)

An elevated drop-off catering experience with service staff.

  • China dinner plates and silverware provided. Cutlery is rolled in paper napkins and set on the buffet table.
  • Servers will clear plates and refill the buffet.
  • Black linen tablecloths for buffet tables included.
  • Eco-friendly disposable dessert plates and forks are provided if the dessert is ordered from ENC.
  • Upgrade to china dessert plates and forks for $0.50/person.
  • Food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.
  • Chafing dish rental: $30.00 each (includes 2 fuel cans and buffet serving utensils).

Delivery Fees for Drop-Off Catering

  • Local Deliveries within 15 km $20.00
  • Extended Deliveries 15 – 30 km $45.00
  • Over 30 km call for a quote

Equipment Pickup Fee: If rental equipment such as chafing dishes, cutlery, or plates must be picked up after the event, an additional fee may apply based on distance. Please inquire for a quote.

Once you pick your menu, pick your service style

Express Catering

Chic with Servers $5.00/person: 1:40 ratio (server/guest)

Drop Off Catering with white china plates and silverware. Servers will clear plates and refill the buffet. Cutlery is rolled in paper napkins and is set on the buffet table.
