Memorial Luncheon Menus
During this stressful time, let us help with the food and beverages for your loved one’s memorial service or funeral. Our management and staff are dedicated to making your event as stress-free as possible. We have put a package together to make ordering simple and easy.
Unless otherwise requested, memorial orders are delivered on disposable trays with lids. Any remaining food from drop-off memorial orders may be taken home provided it has been safely handled and stored.
All cold sandwiches and wrap trays are made with premium cold cuts and include a selection of egg salad, tuna salad, ham, turkey, roast beef, and vegetarian sandwiches on white, brown, marble rye, and multigrain bread. Gluten-free sandwiches are available if required.
All menus are priced per person. We have a minimum food & beverage order of $500, before service, rentals, gratuities and taxes.

Once you pick your menu, pick your service style
Delivered to the door in disposable pans or trays. The client completes setup, service and cleanup. Food and beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity. Delivery fees apply.
ENC delivers and sets up the buffet providing chafing dishes, serving utensils and buffet linens, and we will return for equipment pickup. Disposable high quality dinner plates/cutlery are $1.00 per person; disposable dessert plate and fork are $0.55 per person; chafing dishes are $30 each. Food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity.
Includes a china dinner plate and a cutlery roll up (dinner fork & knife wrapped in a paper napkin) placed on the buffet table. Our staff will clear plates and refill the buffet. The service fee is $5.00 per person; chafing dishes are $30 each; food and beverages are subject to an 18% gratuity.
A customized package with staffing, rentals, setup, service, cleanup and event coordination based on the event scope. Food and beverages are subject to a 21% gratuity. Delivery and staffing are quoted.
