Coffee Tea Station: $2.25 per person
A coffee and Tea station is set up for your guests to serve themselves. It includes fresh-brewed coffee, a selection of herbal teas, regular tea, cream, sugar, stir sticks, and disposable cups. We can provide coffee for the late lunch for an extra fee. The coffee equipment must be returned to us the next business day.
Late Lunch
Late Lunch is served between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. as required and is only available with the purchase of a dinner buffet. We provide paper plates, napkins, and disposable utensils for your guests.

Once you pick your menu, pick your service style
Express Catering
The buffet is delivered in foil pans, plastic bags, and disposable trays, with no equipment left for us to pick up. The buffet is dropped off at the door; the customer is responsible for the setup. The customer will supply all plates, cutlery, napkins.
Green Catering $1.00/person
Drop-off catering includes eco-friendly disposable dinner plates and cutlery (fork, knife wrapped in a napkin)
Chic with Servers $5.00/person: 1:40 ratio (server/guest)
Drop Off Catering with white china plates and silverware. Servers will clear plates and refill the buffet. Cutlery is rolled in paper napkins and is set on the buffet table.
